synecdoche: Josh Radnor reminds me of every unbearably boring bro in an introduction to creative writing class who wore cardigans and crooked hats, wrote stories about looking for true love — but described true love as a really hot cougar art history professor — and then got WAY too defensive during the critique.  See also: film dudes who made experimental films just to show black & white tits.
